The Chef/Owner of Parts & Labor BBQ and a self-proclaimed "smoked food snob," Jeffrey spent 25 years in experiential marketing before turning his passion for cooking into a career in 2009. After working in catering and restaurant kitchens across Chicago, Austin, and Cincinnati, he launched Parts & Labor as a ghost kitchen in 2020, later expanding into a full-fledged catering company and restaurant.
